PRIVACY POLICY

1. Who we are

Frontier Siege ("the App") is developed and published by Omnia Data Analytics LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information the App handles and the choices you have. It applies to the App on all platforms where we publish it and to visitors of this website. For anything this policy doesn't answer, contact us at [email protected].

2. Data the App collects

None. We do not collect, receive, sell, or share any personal information from the App. Specifically, the App has:

• No user accounts or registration of our own (on iPhone and iPad you may optionally sign in to Apple's Game Center — see section 8)
• No advertising or advertising networks
• No in-app purchases
• No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs
• No access to contacts, location, camera, microphone, or photos
• No network transmission of gameplay data to us or to any third party — the only exception is Apple's Game Center, and only if you sign in to it (see section 8)

3. Data stored on your device

To function as a game, the App stores the following locally on your device only:

• Save data — campaign progress, completed levels, upgrades, unlocks, currency balances, and settings.
• Gameplay statistics — a local log of in-game events (levels started or completed, waves survived, towers built) used to balance and improve the game. This log stays on your device and is never transmitted to us automatically.

Deleting the App deletes all of this data permanently. If you ever choose to send us your gameplay log (for example, attached to a support email), we use it solely to investigate your issue or improve game balance, then delete it.

4. This website

This website is a simple information site. It has no forms and collects nothing. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising, and uses no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp, browser user-agent) for security and troubleshooting, as essentially all web hosts do. 5. Children's privacy

The App is rated 9+ and is suitable for children. Because the App collects no personal information from anyone, it collects no personal information from children. This website collects nothing from anyone either. We comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as it applies to minors, and equivalent laws worldwide. Game Center availability for children is controlled by Apple through Screen Time and Family Sharing.

6. Your rights (GDPR, CCPA, and worldwide)

Privacy laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA/CPRA (California), and similar laws elsewhere give you rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal data. We hold no personal data from the App itself — all of your game data is under your direct control on your device. Where we do hold something you gave us — the contents of a support email you chose to send — you may ask us to produce, correct, or delete it, and we will do so promptly and free of charge. Contact [email protected]. We never sell personal information, and we have no financial incentives tied to it. For data held by Apple's Game Center, contact Apple or manage it in your Apple Account settings.

7. Support communications

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to respond to you, we don't add it to marketing lists or share it with anyone, and we delete support threads once resolved unless we need them to comply with law.

8. Apple and platform services

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect information as described in its own privacy policy (for example, purchase history and crash reports if you have opted in to sharing analytics with developers through iOS settings). We do not receive personal information from Apple beyond aggregate, anonymized statistics.

Game Center (iPhone and iPad, version 1.1 and later). Game Center is Apple's optional gaming service. If you are signed in to Game Center, the App reports your leaderboard scores (for example, how far you reached on a territory and your total Frontier Value) and your achievement progress to Apple so they can appear in Game Center. Apple processes this data, together with your Game Center nickname and player identifiers, under its own privacy policy (apple.com/legal/privacy). We do not receive, store, or process your Game Center identity or scores on any server of ours. To show your standing, the App may read your rank and the number of players on a leaderboard while you are signed in; it does not store other players' data, and other players' nicknames appear only inside Apple's own Game Center screens. Signing in is never required: you can decline or sign out at any time in the Settings app, and the App remains fully playable offline. The Windows version of the App has no online features — no Game Center, no leaderboards, and no network transmission; its achievements and records stay on your device.

9. Changes to this policy

If a future update adds features that change how data is handled (for example, cloud saves or leaderboards), we will update this policy before releasing the feature, update the "effective date" above, and describe the change on this page. Material changes will also be noted in the App's update notes.

September 23, 2026: added the Game Center section (section 8) for the optional leaderboards and achievements in version 1.1 on iPhone and iPad, and updated the short version and section 2 to match. We still collect no data ourselves.
